c. Any changes to the removal schedule must be communicated to the Company at least 48 hours in advance.
3- Clearance Services:
a. Our clearance services include house clearance, office clearance, rubbish clearance, and waste disposal.
b. The client must ensure that all items for clearance are legal to be disposed of and do not include hazardous materials.
4- Pricing and Payment:
a. The cost of services will be provided to the client upon inquiry and may vary based on the scope of work.
b. Payment for the services must be made in full on the day of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5- Liability:
a. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage to property or items being moved or cleared, unless caused by the negligence of our staff.

6- Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
b. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed in accordance with our refund policy
7- Confidentiality:
The Company respects the privacy of its clients and shall not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.
8- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total quoted price.
